I’m currently partnering with a technology-driven organization delivering large-scale, secure software solutions across complex, data-heavy environments.
They’re looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in designing and building scalable, cloud-based applications, working across modern frameworks, APIs, and distributed systems.

The Role
This is a senior-level, full stack engineering role focused on designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications.
You’ll work closely with architects, product teams, and other engineers to define system design, deliver robust solutions, and drive best practices across development and deployment.
The role also includes mentorship, code quality ownership, and contributions to technical strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing scalable, high-performance software applications
- Building and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with best practices
- Performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Optimizing application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contributing to delivery planning
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems
- Staying current with emerging technologies and engineering trends
What They’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience with .NET (C#), Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Proven experience building backend systems using modern frameworks
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Strong database experience (SQL and/or NoSQL technologies)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (SAFe preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with X12 healthcare/medical claims processing (835, 837, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Developer)
- Experience with Jira and application lifecycle management tools
- Experience working in highly regulated or government environments

- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
