Pay an upfront fee to secure a dedicated, exclusive search for critical or senior hires. Most cost-effective (Cheapest) way. It offers higher commitment, deeper market mapping, and a more thorough, consultative hiring process with guaranteed focus.
Embedded Solution
Goodlife integrates directly into a company’s business, acting as an extension of their internal hiring function. It offers consistent hiring support, deep alignment with the company, and scalable, cost-effective recruitment over time.

Introduction
Initiate contact, agree on terms, and ensure the role is fully approved. Then schedule the initial kickoff call.
Fact find
Face-to-face discovery call to explore requirements and gain a deeper understanding of the role and company. This is used to shape a strong value proposition and align on expectations.
Let us work
Source, pre-screen, shortlist, and present top candidates.
Interview
We manage the full interview process, including assessments and onsite visits (if needed), and support through to offer stage.
Completion
Offer accepted, contract finalized, details exchanged, and start date confirmed.
Aftercare
Follow up with both the client and the candidate to ensure everything is on track and provide any additional support needed.
