They’re looking to hire a Senior .NET Developer to lead development initiatives, support modernization efforts, and help evolve their cloud-based architecture.

The Role
This is a senior, hands-on engineering role combining technical leadership, architecture, and delivery.
You’ll be responsible for designing and optimizing scalable .NET applications, supporting cloud migration efforts, and driving best practices across development and DevOps.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment and wants to balance coding, mentoring, and strategic input.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading development of new features and enhancements in .NET applications
- Architecting and optimizing scalable, high-performance solutions
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Mentoring junior developers and promoting modern engineering standards
- Supporting migration from legacy .NET Framework to modern .NET (e.g., .NET 8)
- Contributing to cloud-native architecture and containerization (AWS EKS)
- Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical design discussions
- Driving root cause analysis and production support (L3 level)
- Collaborating with product owners and architects to reduce technical debt
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in C# and .NET / ASP.NET development
- Strong experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Solid understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also mentoring and leading others
Nice to Have
- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
- Exposure to healthcare / medical billing / claims systems
- Experience migrating legacy applications to cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
- Experience with AWS services and container orchestration (EKS)
