About the Opportunity
I’m currently partnering with a well-established and fast-growing digital marketplace that’s looking to add a Full Stack .NET Developer to their engineering team.
This is a great opportunity to join a business where technology is central to its success. The team is building and evolving a high-traffic platform used across the U.S., with a strong focus on modernisation, scalability, and engineering best practices.
The Role
This is a hands-on, full stack engineering role with a high level of ownership. You’ll be working across both new development and modernisation initiatives, while also contributing to improvements in tooling, processes, and engineering standards.
It’s well-suited to someone who enjoys working in an environment where they can take initiative, influence technical direction, and make a visible impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying full stack applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
- Supporting and modernizing existing applications (including C# and VB.NET systems)
- Working with Azure cloud infrastructure, with some exposure to AWS and third-party integrations
- Driving improvements in engineering practices, code quality, and delivery processes
- Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (Azure DevOps or similar)
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in full stack .NET development
- Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core / MVC, and Web APIs
- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases
- Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience working with Azure and CI/CD environments
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Exposure to AWS
- Experience with marketplace or eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience working with legacy VB.NET applications
