I’m currently partnering with a forward-thinking fintech organization that’s building cutting-edge solutions across financial services and blockchain technology.
They’re looking to hire a Senior C# / .NET Developer to play a key role in developing scalable fintech platforms while leading the integration of blockchain and Web3 capabilities into their ecosystem.

The Role
This is a senior-level, hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on architecture, scalability, and innovation.
You’ll lead the development of fintech applications, design blockchain-integrated solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact systems.
The role also includes mentorship and technical leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys guiding teams while remaining close to the code.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the design and development of scalable fintech applications using C# and .NET Core
- Architecting and integrating blockchain solutions (DeFi, smart contracts, wallets)
- Building and maintaining secure APIs and microservices architectures
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders on complex initiatives
- Conducting code reviews and driving best practices (SOLID, clean code)
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
- Staying up to date with emerging blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions)
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and REST API development
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Ethereum)
- Strong experience with microservices architecture and API design
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Proven ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with DeFi, tokenization, and Web3 ecosystems
- Familiarity with Hyperledger or other blockchain platforms
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
